    It depends on size, complexity, and how busy we are at any given time. Due to being a small shop working on a single project at a time, most custom furniture projects take between 3 and 5 months from confirmed design to delivery. We’ll give you a more precise timeline at the design stage.

    We work with a wide range of domestic and exotic hardwoods including walnut, maple, cherry, oak, purpleheart, padauk, and more. We can source almost any species — just ask.

    At the moment, we ship made-to-order products across Canada. For custom furniture pieces, we currently only deliver within the Calgary area.

    We require a 50% deposit to begin any project, with the remainder due before shipping. We accept e-Transfer, credit card, and PayPal.

    Absolutely. All made-to-order products can be customized with your choice of wood species. Contact us with your preference and we’ll confirm availability.

    Yes — coasters are popular as corporate gifts and awards, but large orders will require significant lead time. Reach out to discuss volume pricing and custom branding options.
